Counseling Services Information Spotlight:

Supporting Your Child

Counseling Services and school counselors are present to support the mental health needs of each and every student across the district. School counselors are available via email, Google Voice, and Google Meet. Parents and students may find resources on campus websites as well as below. The counselors of Round Rock ISD are here to support you as we move through this school year.

Resources for Students & Parents: information for parents to support their students on various topics including calming rooms and community resources. You can contact your child’s counselor for info as well.

Trauma at home response guide for parents: Guidance to support a parent or teacher if they are concerned about the emotional well-being or safety of a child.

Lessons and Information for Students & Parents: Counseling lessons for parents to support their child’s well-being during COVID-19 school closures and beyond. Books & videos for kids about COVID-19 can be found here.
